Steve comes from a long construction family background, starting his apprenticeship in 1979. He is well rounded in the construction industry.

He is very knowledgeable with Construction Management including Pre-Construction, Project Management, Operations, Estimating, and Value Engineering. He is also a member of the National Trust for Historic Preservation, ICRI ( International Concrete Restoration Institute), and the Post-Tension Institute.
