GCC Miami recently completed re caulking of the Miami International Airport Control Tower precast recaulking and catwalk waterproofing. Working without interrupting services, GCC removed 100% of sealant at precast panels and recaulked with Tremco’s Spectrem 1 silicone sealant, double bead installation. Additionally, the catwalk membrane was removed, ground to concrete, and coated with Tremco’s Vulkem 350/951/951 pedestrian traffic coating.
