General Caulking & Coatings Company is Florida’s Premier Waterproofing Contractor
Established in 1958 in a small storefront facility in North Miami Beach, GCC has long since grown to be the largest and most successful Waterproofing Subcontractor in Florida.
With over 60 years in the waterproofing business, GCC is well respected by architects, engineers, building owners, product manufacturers and distributors. Our company has worked with almost every manufacturer in the development of their waterproofing systems, the field testing of new products, and also the development of application procedures. We are widely known in the industry as “The Performance Company.”
Having four major branches in Florida, no project is too large or too small for GCC to handle. Our business model and infrastructure has been well tested over many years of operation and has proven to be “spot on” for dynamic growth, scalability and sustainable profitability.
Highly competitive at bidding projects, we also negotiate contract values and scopes of work directly with repeat customers, general contractors and building owners.
