This new construction project consisted of a stunning apartment building and parking garage in St. Petersburg. GCC worked carefully to apply the balcony coatings for the many balconies present on this project, using Tremco 350/351 for all balconies. As the overall aesthetic of the building is clean and modern, maintaining cleanliness on the job site was paramount. GCC also completed all caulking for the associated garage. As this structure is in close proximity to water, the waterproofing and caulking on this project ensured that the infrastructure of the building would be watertight and weather resistant.
