GCC initially pressure washed the entire top deck of the garage to completely clean the structural concrete. With a newly clean surface, GCC caulked all transitional joints, as well as all expansion & control joints with Sikaflex 2C Urethane Sealant. After the joint caulking was completed, Neogard’s Auto-Gard Textured waterproofing system was applied on the entire vehicular deck on the top floor of the garage, including the ramp. The deck was once again opened up to traffic after the required 72 hours of cure time.
